Tread Says: The info you need to know

We've got a brilliant team here at Tread's HQ. We know a lot about driving, about roads, about cars and how to maintain them.

So you have a driving licence, but not a whole lot of experience. Truth is, young drivers are hard to insure, and fit into the group that is most likely to have a crash.

It would be good to know a bit more about motoring and the machine, wouldn't it?

Take a look at this stuff once in a while. Tread and his team have some interesting facts, figures about driving in Norfolk.

Police, fire and insurance professionals, along with Norfolk County Council and Motoring Organisations will be keeping Tread up to date with issues that affect you.

Everyday in the UK, 23 young people under the age of 25 are killed or seriously injured in vehicles. Most  of these collisions are not caused by  the vehicle, the road or the weather conditions, so why do they happen?

61 out of the 353 killed or seriously injured on Norfolk's roads last year were aged between 17 and 25. Scary stuff. That's why we are offering Young Driver workshops, to help stop this figure in it's tracks.
